so what’s funny about The Boys ad was it was preceded a day or so ahead by weird broken dashboard bugs, like trying to reblogging would shove the post under the dash timeline where you couldn’t do anything but reblog or reload the page.

and then the ad came out and unlike any other ad it couldn’t be blocked by normal methods, and also unlike other ads it auto played and was force loaded at the top of the timeline not matter what. So not only was this a transparent attempt to shove this down people’s throats, @staff couldn't even figured their own code to do it without breaking the site
