Long story short, I bought GA tickets thinking they were seats due to the seating number shown on my ticket (also I didn't see an option on the seat map for pit) and having no experience with pit, I didn’t know what GA meant (the seat map showed seating but later ticketmaster emailed me asking to confirm that I wanted pit due to the incorrect seating map). Right after I figured out it was pit and I was ecstatic, but my parents thought it, and still is, seating. My parents think it’s too dangerous to be in the pit and so now I have to convince them to let me keep my tickets.
