positive/green light for brattbunnie!
hi! ive had a lot of positive interaction with brattbunnie, and figured it warranted its own post! i really appreciate all of their kindness and communication.
(note: i am a patreon, so some of the benefits of that may blend into my review. definitely give their patreon a check, its a great way to support them and get sneak peeks and input!)
for one, they always seem more than willing to hold on to furbies for as long as needed, and are very sweet and understanding.
on top of this, theyre always incredibly receptive and willing to answer questions- whatever they may be! regarding a furbies workability, how they were made, or even close up shots of furbies if you need to see details to decide.
then to add to the fun, they are even willing to add some to customs if theres something you might want added but cant/would prefer not to do yourself. (for a small fee) for my furbies, ive had their eyes/beaks painted, accessories added, and even eyechips as an option! theyre very willing to work with your vision for your furb.
ive always recieved a tracking number for every furby ive bought from them, and they seem to come very quickly. on top of this, theyre shipped very carefully! they had a lot of bubblewrap and some cute doodles on the outside of the box. with one very special order, i even got a lovely note along with friendship bracelets for all of my furbies i had bought from them! along with this i even got a free furby. they really appreciate long time supporters and respect them.
every time there has been a mishap and they havent been able to ship at the time they did mean to, theyve communicated very clearly and apologized. even then, they try to ship as quickly as possible.
in general, i just really recommend purchasing from them! wonderful service :D
