Cute little coffee shop in Melbourne called Chookas

This is a matcha latte, and the Japanese cuisine is really well presented and the staff are really kind, and all round this place gust has really good vibes and makes you feel like a little elf or something when you sit under the tree outside.

You are Worth It!!

Sometimes it hard to think of ourselves as individuals with true needs and wants. sometimes we give so much and we forget we are people too with the same kind of needs and wants as everyone else.We try to be a Hero and totally neglect yourself in the worse way possible. Its harder even when  we have friends or family or loves ones that know how to “work you”. Don’t let yourself get bullied into something you don't want to do, or give something you do not want to give. IT IS OKAY TO SAY NO! Remember that we are all people here, though we all try to be heros sometimes its important to remember that we are all still human too. Love yourself before anyone else, Respect yourself above anyone else, you matter. How you feel matter’s about any situation matters. If someones not listening, make them listen. you have a voice to speak out and stand up for what you believe in. If someone belittles you for it they have that right. But that in no way means you have to subjugate yourself to their will or their beliefs. My mother always told me to believe in myself, and to speak up when I wasn't comfortable with whatever was happening. I had my mother give me my voice and fight for what i believe in, and now i give it to whoever reads this post. People will try to take away your voice.  Or even making sun of you for your decisions, We all move at our own pace in life. and we all have our own problems to deal with. Half the time the people judging are the first ones to leave you high and dry. Surround yourself with people who love you unconditionally, family members, GOOD friends and lovers. This is hard to do, but you have to love yourself enough to surround yourself with people that love you as much as you do. No one will love you more than you can. I used to believe to love myself would mean i would become conceded. but this isn't the case. When I learned to love myself I became more confidant it showed in my day work, it showed in my art. You radiate a new purity and a new love that draws in people just like you, good people. I wouldnt make this claim if it wasn't true. Believe in yourself. Believe in the you that I believe in.

Now that I have said what I have needed to say about loving yourself, let me add this too. Its a hard road to take, you can take three steps forward one day and two steps back the next. but keep moving forward, If you need a friend I will always be here. I mean that. I pride myself in being able to share my experiences and help others grow. If no one else I am here for you, and i will give all i can to see you move forward.
