Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair – Scotch

This lovely whisky is one that I enjoyed both as a straight sipper and as a mix with my easy mix of ginger ale, ice and bitters. The Ginger ale or Ginger beer combines with the slight spice, mellow earthy and sweet flavours. Rather spectacularly in my opinion.

I remember it hurt… Looking at him hurt. It was the rush of a good whiskey and a bad decision. Having him in my arms was lighting and him leaving was the thunder. Our hands were the map and our body’s the trail. His eyes were the pull and his mouth the final wave that crashes on top of you.
