🍋 Simple Lemon Pie.🍋 Which can be made with other citrus 🍊🍈 1 Can of Condensed Milk 1 Lemon Zest 1/2 cup of Lemon Juice ( 2 and a half lemon's worth squeezed) 2 Egg Yolks Pinch of salt * Combine all in one bowl and then add to your pie base. *Preheat oven to 180c / Gas 4 Beat the 2 Egg Whites until they are nearly stiff, then add 2TBS sieved sugar and beat until stiff peaks. Then place on top of the lemon mixture. *Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the Meringue's Browned on top.
