✨body positive post because I'm feelinmyself✨ I haven't reached the goals I've set for myself yet, but I'm getting there. I'm now going to the gym 3ish days a week (which has been really difficult because what even is motivation really), I've been trying to eat better (like actually eating between rolling out of bed and leaving the house lol) and cooking a couple meals a week, plus I had some great training sessions at the gym which has really helped motivate me and now I feel like I'm more accountable which is awesome. I have three sets of workouts I can do now rather than just go, do treadmill, and leave lol so that's good too. Little steps first. But yeah.
