Lovely final scene between the brothers. How would Andy be reacting to Robert being in prison. In 2015, all he wanted was for him to pay but then they parted on good terms. It would have all depended on what plot wanted.

Goodbye Andy Sugden. Pity that Iain put too much in these two episodes. And things that were over the top. He could have easily filled the time just with the Sugden bro’s reflecting about their relationship and finding some closure before Andy leaves. Why have this unbelieveable and rushed Bernice story? If he wanted to bring her in, why not in a subtle way. Not the ‘I love you’s, but just him realizing that she believes in him and his innocence, even without evidence. Just a comment of him that he realized that she was the person he should have been with, but he messed it up. Say his goodbye and then leave with Rob to catch the lorry. The Sugden bro scene should have been the last scene before he steps into the truck and drives away. It was the main conflict in his life. Iain, less is more sometimes.

God I was not ready for that emotional farewell from the Sugden bros. Everything was just perfect, and then the hug and 'I'll see you, brother'. I'm crying just thinking about it! Wasn't ready for that at all!
