Finding some issues
Woohoo!! I worked out again today. Yay me! Well, that was until my snacking self gave in this evening and I ate not only chocolate covered pretzels (and at least 4 times the serving size) but also gummy bears (yep, you guessed it-well over the serving size again). So, you can see that there is a problem here. I'm determined to fix it. I may have to lock the pantry. With a guard to stand there to make sure I don't somehow gnaw the lock off. Yes, I'm an animal. Somehow I better get it under control, because I'm at my all time highest weight. And it's gross. I feel like a tank, or a hippo, or any other big, fat thing that no one wants to be compared to. So there you have it folks: I feel huge, I had a decent week of exercise, and a major snacking problem. I've identified some of the issues. On to fixing them (this is the freaking hard part, damn it.)
