I think I did pretty damn well today despite straying slightly from veganism (cheese is my downfall!!!) I really focused on cutting down mindless snacking and only eating when I actually needed to :)
B: Green smoothie with water, spinach, berries, and apple

L: Baked sweet potato with 1tbsp peanut butter (SO GOOD!!!!)

My blender arrived today!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY! And it's an extra good thing because I have been eating terribly for the last 2 days... so many chips and so many bowls of peanutbutter and chocolate porridge...woops.
Tomorrow I will be green smoothie-ing at least twice daily. In fact, I think I'll do a green smoothie cleanse for the next 3-4 days. I need nutrients nutirents NUTRIEEEEEEENNNNNTTTTTTSSSSS!!! My skin is horrible and I'm constantly tired and stressed and horrible and gah I hate the hsc!!!! But smoothies are good and they can fix even the most stressed, tired, studied-out adolescent! Or so I hope!! :)

I had the laziest day today! No exercise, no study, no anything! I literally sat on my ass all day, watching tv. And now I feel semi disgusting. Plus I ate 3 snack size packets of chips...my bad!
B: Porridge with cocoa powder, 1tbsp peanut butter, soy milk
S: 3 packets of chips...
L: Vegies and hommus
S: 2 cups of green tea
D: Tofu with steamed broccoli and carrots
