I organize my books by genre/series and how much I care about them, so I genuinely don't care about how you want to organize your books, but I do want to share that if my partner rearranged all of them without asking me first it would be a serious breach of trust. Reorganizing a partner's things or shared things without communication might work for some people but similar things have happened to me before and always made me feel wildly uncomfortable.
okay just answering this because a ton of people are reblogging saying that I'm a monster who's gonna ruin my relationship etc etc. so let me be clear: the original post was written in such a way for Maximum Humor(TM) but this WAS something I had talked to him about beforehand. this isn't his ideal way of organizing books but I've checked in with him several times and his resounding opinion is "I don't really care." when I told him how mad people on tumblr were getting on his behalf, he was legitimately confused because he isn't upset at all lol.
Keep in mind that most of these books are mine, I read more often than he does and I absolutely re-read more than he does (so he rarely looks for certain books anyway). I also didn't separate serial books that he couldn't bear to separate, they're on a different bookshelf.
so like, it's okay, everyone. I exaggerated his response for humor and because we're both a little dramatic. but he doesn't really care and my relationship is healthy and intact lmao
@goodlyomens thank you <3 you’re a peach
WHY!! WHY DO I NEED TO WASH MY RICE??? ISN'T IT JUST RICE DUST ON IT????
i mean theres this whole thing with reducing starch or something but idk about that lmao but for me i guess its more like... you never know what might be inside the rice grains? for some reason moths like to get inside the rice bc we store our rice in a tupperware in the kitchen and it’s always good to give it a wash so the bugs will float to the top to be washed away
i know it sounds gross but i mean as long as you give it a few washes it’s fine. ive never had any issues with it my whole life but that’s mostly why i wash my rice
I have no answers to any of these questions

I filled it out. What's the project about?
Thanks so much! :) I got assigned a demographic and I have to find out what kind of media they consume and how/the best way to reach or sell something to them. Later on I’ll be given a non-profit and I’ll have to say how I’ll try and get them to be involved/interested in it or something (it’s a group project though which sucks :p)
