i struggle a lot with trying to find a balance, i think, between too nice and too naive. because usnavi’s an adult, and he’s not completely incompetent, and i never want to make him seem like that, either. but, i have to remember that he’s also not highly educated (graduated high school, for the most part), and things that i know aren’t necessarily things that he knows.
