Throwback to last saturday when I was given a little shindig by the best people I could ask for. I greatly appreciate you all taking the time to think of me to throw me a grad party. Man, what a trip. With all the stuff I've been dealing with lately I managed to pull off a goal within my other goals. I told myself after missing a week of school cause of health issues that for my last print edition of my college newspaper, I would make the front page. I set the mark that I would write/take photos for this edition at least four times no matter how hard it got. I never really brag but i had to give myself this. I sit here holding back some cry baby tears because not only did I make front cover but I had a total of five stories in this last spring semester edition. Last night I was finally able to fulfill my own wish. Mr. Stevie Wonder has been such a musical influence in my life he inspired me to pick up an instrument and go for gold. I have always wanted to see him and I'm so grateful to have shared this moment with someone who appreciates him as much as I do. The toys for tots drive has been going on for years and is such a wonderful holiday fundraising event for the little ones i am glad i was able to donate.
