Unprompted, but since I’m rewatching it:

A lot of people saw the popular misreading of Breaking Bad that idolized Walter White and swung wildly in the opposite direction, to the point that people think Hank is a “good guy” rather than the legally sanctioned moral equivalent of his brother-in-law. 

Also Skyler is a loathsome character (her first defining character moment is harassing someone who she believes is selling her husband marijuana - she’s a Karen), she just happens to be right a lot and is less bad than everybody else in the mix

ugh, that bull is definitely up there, but actually i have a lot of really goofy stuff, mostly either stuff i got as gifts OR stuff that was extremely on sale or straight up free. i got a lot of pennywise stuff, i got... a LOT of chief hopper stuff that i dont even display in my house because i dont need people asking why i own so much hopper stuff. of course theres my big ass cinema litte nicky poster but im not conflicted about that at all actually

You seem to have Opinions about worldbuilding that you've thought a lot about, so let me ask you a question I've been arguing with a friend over. What do you think is more important, when someone is telling a story in a new science fiction or fantasy setting - giving the audience fantastic scenes and vignettes that get them interested, or establishing your world as consistent and following its own logic and rules, even if it's not realistic, to convey a sort of authenticity to the audience?

It all comes down to preference. Some people get more into settings with that down-to-earth consistency, but I like surrealism, reality bending and ambiguity. I like stuff that seems impossible and even ridiculous, but taken at face value in-canon and accepted by characters as the nature of things.
