Google ARCore ile uyumlu cihazlardan bahsetmeden önce ARCore nedir sorusuna cevap verelim. ARCore, Google’ın belirli sensörü olmadan artırılan platformdur. ARCore, Google ve Apple’ın ARKİT’e verdiği yanıt olarak bilinir. ARCore yardımı sayesinde akıllı nesneler kameranızda gösterilen alanlarda bütünleşmiş olur ve üç temel özelliği sayesinde oyunları üretebilir. Bu üç özellik ise, hareket dedektörü, ortamın tanınması ve ışık unsurları hakkında bilgidir.

İlk olarak hareket dedektörünü açıklayalım, hareket dedektörü; ARCore cihaz tarafından hareketleri aldılar ve bu durum sayesinde dijital elemanların yerinde kalmasını sağlar.

İkinci olarak ortamın tanınması hakkında bahsedelim; ARCore nesnelerin gerçek boyutunu algılar, uygulama kamera sayesinde gösterilen alanları yani düz yüzeylerle alakalı tüm olayları bu alan sağlar.

Son olarak ışık unsurları hakkında bilgi verecek olursak, gölgelerin yer almadığı dijital eklemeler bütünleşmemiş haliyle, farklı ve yer dışı nesneler şeklinde bilgi sağlar.
