hello and good morning! i really like your headcanons of geo and klaus and have you got any more of them? :)
WELL, i’m glad that you do!! i love them a lot :) right now i’m actually working on a small piece about them in what would be the romcom au’s sequel (assuming such a thing ever happens), about two years after the first fic…it just takes me 58567 years to get anything done. but here’s some info about them!!
- they’ve since adopted a fat grey striped cat named aggie. she likes to “help” george out in the garden and hide in the flower beds. and she’s a cuddler so klaus will often wake up with george wrapped around him and the cat curled up on the other side/on his chest.
- they live in a little house near george’s greenhouse, which they spent weeks decorating and painting and there are cute designs hidden in parts of it.
- klaus has since met george’s parents, who immediately adored him and now louise makes him his favorite foods and cakes and such, and always wants to chat with him on the phone.
- george checks both of their horoscopes every morning and reads them aloud if they’re having breakfast together in the little nook in their kitchen.
- sometimes if klaus gets home later from the gallery he can’t find george, but he knows now to check outside and see if he’s lost somewhere in the gardens, doing work by whatever light is available to him. then he’s got to haul him back inside. but both are night owls and like to stay up late, so george will read or play guitar and klaus sketches, usually one of them has their feet in the other’s lap
- they babysit ringo and mo’s little boy zak from time to time, who loves uncle geo and klaus, and who also loves aggie (the feeling isn’t reciprocated). both of them have nephews and nieces already and like kids, so he’s good. george talks about training him up as “me assistant” in the greenhouse.
- sometimes it’s hard to convince george to leave the “farm” and go away for proper vacations, but it’s always been worth it. they’ve been to germany, spain, and went to italy for a week one summer. klaus took 248598 pictures.
- deep down, klaus is pretty sure he wants to propose. but george is a little skeptical about the “m” word, just based on a “well, why do we have to worry about all that formal rubbish” sort of basis.
