it’s really fun to play as an herbivore imo bc you just eat leafs and chill mostly, and they’re allowed to be in a herd with anyone unlike carnivores who have to stick with their own species, but carnivores can be fun if you pick a low maintenance one and then usually you can just stick to eating ai prey and you don’t have to be mean and eat someone’s dino lmao
other carnivores are hard to trust tho so i still prefer herbis, like just today i spawned in and another big guy saw me and just waited for me to catch up to him and it was like, as soon as we made eye contact there was a mutual agreement we would fuck up any meat eater that fucked with us and would probably die for each other
