They share a companionable silence for a while before Hyrule asks, “So if we’re going to each other’s histories now where would you want to go? Legend frowns and realises he’s never considered it, he’s been thinking too much about his current situation to properly consider the implications for the others. “…yours,” he says finally, still obviously thinking it though. “Why mine?” “Because… because I want to see Ganon’s face if I show up again after hundreds of years and kill him for the forth time,” he grins viciously, “Imagine Hyrule, imagine, it’s not some new kid that shows up, it’s the same fucking guy as last time.” Hyrule laughs until he’s wheezing and it sets off Legend. [x]

messed around with comic framing and placing dialogue bubbles in this one... most of my composition training is in film/animation so this was pretty difficult! you don't have to think about dialogue placement when you'll have audio after all.

had a conversation in the ravio discord about my headcanon that legend is sensitive/allergic to most metals. @itsrosaross brought up that fae hyrule would also have a sensitivity to metal, but for a very different reason, and that it would be funny as hell if he just assumed legend was also secretly a fairy.

What the dickens is so big a deal?    “Legend,” and this time it’s Sky, slow, quiet, rattled looking, “your hair is turning white.”   And with those few simple words, he goes from incredibly unsettled to incredibly flushed, enough so that he can feel his ears and face flood over with burning scarlet.   Twilight, across camp, throws his head back and starts freaking cackling.  [x]

For @linked-disability ‘s alternate prompt 1: Rare disease/disorder. I don’t think I can even begin to describe how I felt when I saw PNES listed as an example for this prompt. I just knew I had to make something for it.

PNES (psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, sometimes called functional or dissociative seizures) are seizures that resemble epileptic attacks but are caused by psychological distress instead of abnormal brain activity. They are a form of Functional Neurological Disorder. 

It’s a bit difficult to do an art piece that properly showcases PNES, which is why I wrote the fic. But since I’m a visual artist before anything else, I made this animation to go along with it, showcasing what it feels like (for me, at least) to have a PNES seizure. One second it’s daytime, and the next second it isn’t.

i love the “wind sees ghosts” headcanon, and mixing it with wind fish/legend angst means Requiem of the Wind is basically the perfect fic for me.

(unfortunately because ao3 was down i couldn’t double check details, so hopefully everything is accurate)
