Do you have any Sims 4/video game-related goals or resolutions for this year? In 2022, I wanted to improve my building skills in Sims 4, but that didn’t last very long 😂 For this year, I would like to continue playing my Mochiko Legacy Challenge and my Wren Generations family.

For Tumblr, I would like to continue posting Not So Berry, but I might not have a set schedule. If I do, great, if I don’t, that’s fine too. Being flexible with that kind of thing is okay~

Ah yes, the desire to start a new Legacy Challenge has come around yet again. I’ve started this challenge so many times before, and the farthest I’ve ever gotten is Gen 3 🤣 “It’ll be different this time,” I tell myself. Pfft 🥴

Hi everyone! Hope your new year is going well so far~

It has been a loooonngg time since I shared anything about Not So Berry, so I would like to resume NSB posting in the next few days, or maybe next week. Trying to stick to a schedule, but also trying to have fun you know?

Ah, I do have a Sims-related goal for the year: I would like to get better at building. Building is my weak point in the game -- if I was a Sim, and “Building” was one of my skills, I would definitely be at Level 1. I do want to have a “build-centric” save, and I’m thinking of renovating the apartments in San Myshuno first. Start small with redecorating, and work my way up to building houses/lots from scratch.

Those are the main things I wanted to get off my chest, but I’m going to ramble a little bit, so keep reading if you’re interested haha.

I haven’t actually played the game in a hot minute, oops lol. The end of the year is always a hectic whirlwind, and so The Sims 4 went on the back-burner. And I don’t know about you, but sometimes I find playing Sims “mentally tiring” because I have to keep track of all my storylines and characters. It’s what I get for being so darn invested hahaha. I do still enjoy the game, I just need a little extra motivation every once in awhile. So I would like to spend some quality time just chilling and playing Sims soon.

Hello everyone~ I hope you’re all doing well, and enjoying some cozy fall weather. 😊🍄

Soooo remember how I said I was going on a mini-hiatus so that I could work on Sims posts and on my other Tumblr? Yeah, that didn’t happen hahaha. I ended up taking a break from The Sims 4 altogether. It was super relaxing. Instead of working on any Tumblr stuff, I played Stardew Valley to my heart’s content. I regret nothing. 😂

BUT I’ve been getting the itch to play the game again and I definitely want to continue posting Not So Berry. Inktober starts tomorrow and I want to try posting some art on my second Tumblr this year too. I’m also trying not to pressure myself about posting, and I’m trying to remind myself that this is all supposed to be about having fun, but you know how that goes. 😅

You know what would’ve been cute with Cottage Living? A functional teapot that pours tea 😂🫖🍵 And imagine being able to buy tea leaves or tea bags from the village stalls, and adding them to a teapot or a mug 💖

Hello, I’ve decided to go on a mini-hiatus 😁 I’ll still be on tumblr, but I want to take some time to work on posts and such. I have a couple of challenges/tags that I want to do too.

Also, I made that separate tumblr I was talking about in my previous post yayy! The thing is, I don’t have anything original to post on there yet 😂 So I would also like to take this mini-hiatus time to set that up. Then I’ll share that tumblr here when I’m ready 😁

I don’t know how long it will be before I start posting here again, I’m thinking it will be anywhere between a couple of days to a couple of weeks. I know I don’t technically need to announce that I’m not going to be as active, but I feel like I should just make it “official” for myself, if that makes sense 😂
