Y’all are #1 in my book!)! My friend said he was making pork ribs (they turned out to be some delectably sweet & smoky pork popsicles! 🤤😍👏🏻) I decided... pork and Asian flavors go hand in hand... so what about a quick Asian SLAW?!?! #sheerperfection 😍🤤 There was a tad bit left over and I always make too much dressing, so on Sunday, I decided to... “waste not want not” and reinvented those leftovers into an Asian inspired broccoli salad! This sweet, tangy and slightly spicy dressing really adds zip to any meal and is so fast and easy! I’m definitely making this dish for Saturday’s class, Suddenly Spring Salads!
