Yesterday, I taught a private cooking class to a lovely couple who wanted to learn the ins and outs of making egg rolls! 🌯🥗🍤🥕🥬🥒🍗🍱 It was a birthday gift from his wifey and they were both insanely patient with me in waiting until my schedule calmed down to set the date for the class! Almost his next birthday 🤦🏼♀️😂🥳 Regardless, lots was learned during class, namely that the hardest part about egg rolls is the veggie prep work and reining in all the filling possibilities! 🌶🥔🧀🌭🧆🌮🥘🥙 We did fried egg rolls & fresh rice paper rolls filled with a cacophony of vegetables not to mention delectable “leftover” meats and fresh herbs! Use what you’ve got! 👨🏻🍳🙏❤️👨🏻🍳 Big thanks to @happyhippiepettreats for using his long earned knowledge in restaurant kitchens to be my fry master so I could talk and teach! What a fun time we had!
