I’ve been holding onto this idea for a while, but what if RPG!Emmet and Guzma both come to reader for advice for confessing to the other, at separate times, of course. It doesn’t take long for reader to figure things out, and simply states to be true to themselves and to say what they feel.

And then watches them both blurt out their feelings at the same time one particular day. (Another successful match made, and another lighthearted bet Elesa loses because she thought Guzma might never confess.)

And Ingo is ecstatic for his lil brother, while Melli has a smug grin. At least the pesky younger twin will be too distracted now to bother him and Ingo!

Gorgon/Basilisk Elisa.

Sexy, snake-haired (and possibly with a serpentine body, too, depending on the version) lady living in the mountain caves or the same dark tunnels the slime boys come from. (Maybe they tell her all about the pretty human they're trying to court and she just HAS to see you for herself.)

She either wears tinted spectacles to keep from turning you to stone, or she can control her petrification powers, but woe be to those that try to either harm you or take you from her (She can't seem to permanently kill Volo with her Stone Glare, because angels are immune ot something, which is annoying.)

You're hers now, too. She talked it out with the slime boys and they're in agreement to share you. What are besties for, after all? She can scout ahead in the tunnels or caves or the darker parts of the forests where hidden things lurk, and turn any potential threats to stone so nothing hurts you as you travel. She'll protect you - you'll just have to keep her from trying to petrify Guzma because he doesn't like her slime friends and therefore she doesn't like him.

(She feeds on mana the same way the others do, and her long, forked tongue can reach soooo many places...)

and the way Elesa's hair is styled????? it's perfect. Gorgon neighbor!

I like to think she can control the potency of her petrifying powers. She can literally turn people into stone if she wants to, but it will cost her a good chunk of mana. She can put someone to a stop on their tracks, if she maintains eye-contact. They'll be struck with what they think is 'fear' and they just can't move, but they're still aware of everything and can feel everything. Maybe a few times more sensitive than usual..

And god GOD G O D yes that forked tongue. Elesa is a kissy kind of person, she loves to shower you with them! On your cheeks, on your forehead, on your nose, o-on your neck, on yoUR EARS, and down, down, down..

your lips isn't the only place she's frenched hahA

Oh, but she also gives the best cuddles! Coiling you around with her body? It's so snug and comfy and she cradles your head in the crook of her neck while she rocks you to and fro.

All the while giving the biggest shit-eating grin with the rest of the boys in your party. Heehee! Wait your turn, guys!

Oh! I actually own snakes so I can answer this!

It’s completely safe and fine to help shed your snake like that, they don’t really feel anything about.

At most it would feel like peeling dried glue from your skin.

It’s only when the shed is bad and builds up, will it be painful.

Time to absolutely bastardize this concept in my RPG!Blorbo universe though..

Poor Elesa’s probably had some rough sheds. The slime twins try their best to help her before meeting you, but sometimes there were patches that got stuck, even after rubbing up against rough rocks. Girl was probably miserable, despite their reassurance.

Apparently, your presence helps out a lot, and there haven’t been any patches of shed stuck to her! That, and if there are any that get stuck, the twins can easily help out too. The first time she did shed in your presence, she asked that you take a shed scale and make it into something, so that she’d always be with you, in a sense.

All I can think of is MonsterTamer!Reader doing this for our noodle Elesa

It looks so mesmerizing and satisfying, though I wonder how Elesa feels on her end. Does it feel as ticklish as peeling off a patch of dried glue from one's skin? Or does it feel.. more..????

Make that shed scale into a brooch though for Petrification Immunity from other monsters like a Cockatrice.
