I know a Rin, we were good friends in an old RP community. Two precious characters who couldn’t do human interactions, good times. But yeah, she was lovely and I feel really bad that I don’t keep in contact with her any more.

Das Almas Coffee - On a knife edge of perfection

So this review has been long coming, and I will say from the offset, that this is may favorite coffee ever... sometimes.

So I'll go straight into it. The flavor of this coffee, is to me the best taste I've ever had from a coffee. It's amazingly chocolaty, like immense! It hits the tip of your tongue straight away and rolls over straight to the back. It's an amazing flavor, like a chocolate and nut bar, a flavor I thought I'd ever taste in a coffee.

Then when you give it a few seconds, on the back of your tongue there's the amazing taste of wheat, kinda like eating some shreddies, truly an exciting coffee.

Combine this coffee with some milk and it's like drinking a mocha! Really, I crap you not, no chocolate involved and with just the milk and coffee you get a lovely mocha tasting coffee!

So my gripe with this coffee (nothings perfect), is that to get that lovely flavor the grind has to be perfect. To fine and you loose the chocolate flavor completely, too coarse and it tastes of nothing. And the region of perfection with this coffee is just so small it really takes a lot of trial and error to get it in the right place, and for me that meant that most of the coffee went down the swany.

So overall this is an amazing coffee, just get the grind right from the offset.
