Boom. It's a Goseviche (Gose + Ceviche). It needed a little bit of extra citrus, so we splashed in some Downeast Cider Hard Lemonade as well!
For inquiring minds: staff feedback about the 'Goseviche' is overwhelmingly positive. The salt from the gose beer works perfectly. However, a touch of real lemon or lime juice would be a welcome addition to add the last "lively" touch to this dish. Cheers!
