Gospel Records, a label in the making.
After the fall of NSE in August 2018, not much was heard from the previous COO (Cooper Anderson) and the CEO at the time (Parker Stephens). They both seemed to disappear off the face of the earth, with no new content coming out, no social media updates or news articles. There were a few reported sightings of the stars around LA but other than that NSE and its assets were laid to rest.
The previous clients of the company had been dropped and while some scrambled around to, grasping at any offer they were given by lesser-known labels, some supported themselves and kept up a few public appearances.
That was until March 2019 when rumours started rustling feathers and causing a bit of a stir, with nothing substantial to base the claims, they died out quickly.
September 2019 brought an announcement from Cooper Anderson as he launched his own label under the title Gospel Records. The company was small and entirely self-funded, only having a handful of names as its clients. One notable name was that of Blaine Anderson, the singer’s younger brother.
While the autumn months rolled by, the baby company took on another few names and began to find its place within the music industry. With a few planned events already announced, who knows what is to come of the bright new stars as we head into the festive weeks before Christmas and New Year.
