Rewatched GoT Battle of the Bastards, mainly because it’s epic and deserves another viewing or two, when I got to thinking...
I think Sansa is pregnant with Ramsay’s child.
In episode 5 when she confronts Littlefinger about Ramsay, she says “I can still feel it” and “I can still feel what he did in my body, standing here right now”. Now, this could just be reference to what happened on her wedding night with him...but then in episode 9, when she has Ramsay captive in his kennel he says this:
I believe that means she may already have his heir and technically she’s still a Bolton by marriage, though now a widow. Sadly Jon Snow is still a bastard, so while the Stark banners fly and she is Stark blood, there is, again technically, no Stark in Winterfell...
Ramsay’s words could also mean that his cruelty effected her so deeply that she’ll never be rid of him mentally, I’ll concede that. But in my gut, I will be massively surprised if she’s not pregnant. Not to say I’m not hoping that she’s not pregnant by that little evil prick, but it just feels like the show writers would do a twisted thing like that for the last episode this season. I really really hope I’m wrong.
