The way your anon worded that bundle ask(bundling to this extreme ffs) I would have thought Harry was selling his kidney with each album copy. Dude is giving a presale code to US residents who pre-order until tomorrow. Not giving away his entire record collection.

I agree that the ask was absurd, and I’m not sure what extreme bundling would look like.

But the rationale behind bundling is that you turn the various ways fans spend money on artists into something that will be measured on the album charts.  And that’s possible because there are huge profit margins on bulk merch and large tours.  

So the examples you give wouldn’t be extreme bundling either - they’re hte opposite to how bundling works.
