i think i put most of my gef headcanons in my last ravagers post and there are very few left... but still, here are some from the top of my head:

gef and taserface are good friends, at least they get along pretty well in comparison with the other ravagers.

gef is the soul of the company, well, if we imagine that ravagers have any soul in the first place (ooh bad, bad people). he takes on the duty of making the crew laugh by telling jokes and doing something stupid.

yondu met him on sakaar and offered him to join his crew. due to the fact that by that time he got kicked out of the pub he was working in as an electrician (because he'd been getting drunk pretty often) and he didn't have any other choice, gef decided it was a good idea and agreed. (i took this headcanon from my one and only published ravagers/kragdu fic 💔)

hello! yeah i've been kinda inactive on here for the last half of the year or so, but i still love the gotg franchise and ravagers in particular a whole lot, even though i'm currently interested in another fandom. this obsession has been with me for 5 years so far, and it will never subside. also thank you, my gotg art makes me feel really nostalgic 💔

honestly i can't remember all of the headcanons regarding ravagers now, but here are some from the top of my head:

gef is one of the mechanics on the eclector. i dunno, his looks somehow told me that this kind of occupation would suit him. although he gets drunk pretty often, so there's not that much of a use from him.

gef and the beer is the one and only true pairing in the mcu. he REALLY loves drinking beer and always gets the biggest amount of it when ravagers celebrate something (however he doesn't need any reason to drink it in general).

taserface actually thought of yondu pretty nicely before peter got into eclector and even some time after that. he just didn't like the favoritism to some random kid from terra.

taserface likes to make bets, however most of them are not serious and just for fun.

kraglin and peter are siblings, but i also like their dynamics as "uncle/kid" respectively. even though they're approximately the same age, as far as one could tell.

i have two versions of kraglin's past that i like. the first one is that he used to work for nova corps on xandar (since he's from there and stuff), but when yondu got arrested by nova they got away together. the second one is that he used to be a slave just like yondu, which is more realistic in my opinion.

tullk and kraglin are close friends, but i kind of like the idea of tullk being somewhat of a parental (??) figure to him more. like supporting him, listening to him complain about anything, giving him wise advice and other things. i mean, tullk looks a bit older than krags, so that might be i guess.
