the small pokemon aren't individual icons. they came from this website where you make your own pokemon team by catching them, and you can get the HTML code for the pokemon in your party -- to display it in your sidebar you just paste the HTML code in the description box. to get the HTML code, click on Pokegear at the top and you will see your party displayed. next to the bold lettered Party there is a link next to it that says "get image code" -- click it and wala, there are your HTML codes.
the kuroko no basuke icons came from this website. it may be hard to maneuver about the site because, for me at least, the characters are just gibberish. you can find pages of icons when you click the links in the brown boxes at the top of the page.
here's a step-by-step process for the kurobasu icons:
1. choose any icon you wish to display in your sidebar. right click on the image of the icon and select "Copy image URL"2. paste it in between the quotation marks in this code:
3. paste the entire code, with the pasted url, into your description box when customizing your theme4. do this for every icon you want to display in your sidebar/description. since you want them to be aligned, do not put any spaces between the coding of each icon
if you need any more help, just let me know :) i didn't know if you knew how to do the coding or not.. well whatever. also let me know if you were talking about the pokemon sprites above my sidebar, because that's completely different
