thinking about how after he died, it wasn't an instant transformation of Jason's body when he woke up (because how tf) so it had to have been gradual. Which leaves two options

1) he's kept stabilized somehow by someone (things can get funky with this) and in a coma of sorts

2)(my fav) Gotham magic because Martha's dead ghost keeps him alive
