To be honest, he didn't think Bruce was coming at all. As minutes turned into an hour he assumed the man got held up at work. Or that he got the time wrong. Or maybe that Bruce fell asleep or got hung up by reporters. Not once did he think Bruce forgot about promising to meet him. Bruce never breaks his promises. That shouldn't been his first sign that something was wrong. Bruce didn't promise to be here on time. Did Bruce plan to blow him off?
"You could have rescheduled," he grumbles, gaze purposefully avoidant of Bruce's. "You could have called. Where were you?"
