Victor Hugo: Do you believe in love at first sight?
Not at first sight as such - infatuation maybe, because damn some people are pretty as heck. But like after an initial conversation I believe in the potential for love, but not necessarily that “I will stick with you forever because I love you flaws and all” kind of love.
Suzanne Collins: Who is one person you couldn’t live without?
My best friend - fair warning I’m gonna get mushy, you asked - she’s been there for me through a lot and idk I feel we get what each other is thinking. Like family I could recover without, would I miss them? Heck yeah. But not to the extent that I’d miss my friend. Even when we’re apart or don’t speak for a while we can pick up conversations just like that and it’s great because she doesn’t judge either. She’s just literally the best and doesn’t give herself enough credit for that. Actual best. Really funny, feels like she truly cares, and really fun to hang out with.
William Shakespeare: Do you prefer tragedies or comedies?
Ooooohhhhhh, it would depend on my mood. Can I say tragi-comedies? Because those are great. No? Fine. I’d have to say comedies then, too much tragedy in real life for me to say tragedies are better as a whole.
H.G. Wells: You can travel to any point in time. Where and when do you go?
How dare you. This is actually really difficult. As gay as this makes me, probably back to when Sappho was around. Mostly because I’m curious about her poetry and want to experience her lifestyle. Or even potentially 1920s London/New York. Depends on what I’d end up doing. Basically any time some big cultural movement/exchange happened, a real shifting of the times. Because people are fascinating in how they react to change and I feel the 1920s was a big time for that (provided I have my history correct).
