There's a new substance on the streets of Gotham. Just when we thought drops were bad enough, there's been a rash of assaults, deaths, and accidents, all linked to the latest drug. They call it "V". Symptoms seem to include euphoria, hallucination, and seemingly superhuman strength, endurance, and tolerance to pain.

The latest incident in the headlines resulted in the victim had his arm pulled from his body, and had been being beat with it. It took eighteen shots from GCPD to put a stop to the attack.

People are in a panic. I need to find where this drug is coming from, and put a stop to it before more lives are lost.
