hii ure a huge inspiration for me :0 i was wondering how u became a DJ if thats okay!! i remember something about namasenda telling u to dj a rave over zoom from like forever ago lol

i became a dj because of namasenda that is correct i was known on twitter for my manic music paragraph tweets [rip arabthot] but it was simultaneously music recs so i got a platform from that i was also a music journalist at dazed so me crossing over into music was easy, i wanted to be a dj since 2017 because i went to an evian christ trance party and he played the t.a.t.u. ice underlord edit and i cried on the dancefloor in pitch black ecstasy i never knew music could touch my emotions like that a cathartic release ever since that day i wanted to have the same effect on people but cosmic timing im now a trance party resident, but yeah i never knew when or how to start but i always knew djing was my destiny career path then the pandemic hit namasenda asked me to dj her release party on zoom she was like i know u have the music taste and you have it in you i watched a traktor tutorial and then djd live on zoom on a lineup with a.g. cook, hannah diamond, himera and lil data isnt that insane… so full circle and for my first gig club quarantine lowkey started my career and im forever indebted to namasenda for always seeing something in me as i see in her
