Tonight we had chicken sukiyaki. This was the first time I’d ever had chicken sukiyaki. For some reason I thought it only was done with beef. The department of health called and we are quarantined awhile, even though I already feel better. I don’t feel sick anymore other than being sick of this damn pandemic. One thing about this that IS good. We got it. Been there done that and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Having MS 多発性硬化症 makes it particularly dangerous. But because we have been consistently supplementing with vitamin D3, eating our vegetables, and moving around plenty and I suspect that because we got vaccinated that it was milder. Then again, MS aside, I’m not loaded with comorbidities.
