Okay, so I have an honest question for those of you wonderful people reading my GoTKolvina AU.

Okay, so up until this point (I’m almost done with Chapter 3, guys, I promise. I know it’s been like three months since I updated it and I feel terrible, but I’ve been swamped at work and my inspiration has been shit until recently xD) I’ve been writing on a one chapter = one episode basis, but I’m debating expanding that to cover multiple episodes in each chapter. 

How I would split it up would vary, and for episodes that only focus on things north of The Wall (4x09 for example I think?) I would skip those entirely since the majority of the front half of the story at least takes place in King’s Landing. Some chapters might end up being only one or two episodes (like the chapter where all the shit goes down at the end of S1 for example) while others might end up covering a third or more of a season. 

Originally, my intention was to write per episode, but lately I’ve caught myself thinking that if I go about it as I am, I’m either going to be 80 by the time I finish, or I’ll abandon it at some point, and I really don’t want to give up on it. This story is my baby, and I’ve found that I haven’t been as invested in TO since I’ve kind of accepted this Kolvina story as canon over the actual one. Several of you have told me you feel the same, and I’m more than happy to give both you guys and this incredibly beautiful, yet poorly treated ship the ending it truly deserves, and in order to do that, I would’ve ended up having over 70 chapters of 20K+ words each, and I honestly doubt I would stick with it long enough to do so. Or that you guys would be willing to continue reading for that matter.

I could go on and on about how much this AU means to my Kolvina heart and how much of a joy it has been/still is to write, but I know this is getting long, so I’ll just leave this poll from my twitter acc here for you guys to have your say on the off chance you’ve actually read it and enjoy it.
