What stories did Goto-san tell and what rumours did they start?
Goto-san the electrician who helped out at Genma’s loft in Hard Came the Rain? None! She’s a professional, and there was nothing particularly rumor-worthy going on there anyway. An ANBU team working together to fix up one of their member’s apartments isn’t that unusual, and there wasn’t much obvious sexual tension when she was there.
She did notice they were shirtless and attractive but she’s not gonna tell stories about that either. Ninja are attractive, rain is wet, etc...

If I may. I think maybe anon was referring to the great “Pakkun in the sink” story which she claimed she would “eat out on for weeks” with. In my mind this means she goes to her friends and says “I had a weirder client than you did” and lays down the ‘sentient alcohol-driven pug’ story.
Truth be told I’d completely spaced on that. You’re absolutely correct, she would talk to her friends, at least, about Pakkun and his beer-habit. But that’s not really rumormongering. Talking summoned animals are infrequent but not so rare that Konoha civilians would be unaware of them. So let’s say she and a few friends have a weekly pool on who had the weirdest client (because let’s face it, ninja are weird) and her story takes top prize.
