I don’t know about you but pasta #recipes belong to my #GoToRecipes 🥘 They’re so easy to whip up even when I’m up to my neck juggling my #WaHM job and #housechores 💪 And did I mention, my young man and I absolutely love anything truffled. 😋 Here’s my #EasyPeasy #KingOysterMushroom #Truffle Pasta Recipe 😊 👩🍳 Sauté chopped king oyster mushrooms in butter and coconut oil. Please don’t use olive oil in high eat. Just don’t! Olive oil isn’t stable in temp above 121°C, making the mono saturated fat in olive oil carcinogenic. Low smoke point = toxic smoke. Don’t talks my word for it. Look it up! 👍 👩🍳 Add cooking milk, salt and pepper. 👩🍳Add truffle oil. Turn stove off. 👩🍳Mix truffle sauce with drained pasta. 👩🍳Add grated Parmesan cheese. 👩🍳Mix and enjoy! *As I mentioned before I never bothered with measuring. I just add as I go. Haven’t failed yet. Rigid measuring can take the fun off of #cooking.
