Short but sweet

I went home today for the first time since my last hospital stay. I have been again recovering at my in laws home so someone can be with me at night and so my dog doesn't accidentally hurt me. I haven't seen my sweet baboo in a little over a month. I have been talking to him on face time (it's not weird my dog knows my voice and my face and he loves me too) but that's not the same. I was welcomed home with so many sweet doggie kisses all over my face and then more kisses to get the tears. I don't usually let my dog lick my face but I took his show of affection 100% because I have missed him so! I didn't get to stay long I just had to get a few personal care items from home but my short sweet time was amazing and makes me more eager to get well and get home.
