Kazumin :O

First impression: "Muto wrote this character specifically for me!”

Impression now: Muto wrote this character specifically for me! He was my type on a very shallow level because he was cocky and aloof, but also caring in his own way, a bit goofy and screamed weird stuff. BUT he’s also the character I can relate the closest to in the sense that his views on Sento and “love and peace” mirror mine. It was very nice (and a bit special, even?) to see a character that had a mindset so close to mine. Sure, he’s flawed and his obsession with Mii-tan got very grating, but I still find him a fascinating character. Also, he’s the coolest rider in Build by far.

Favorite moment: “When I first heard [Sento] say [”love and peace”], I couldn’t take him seriously. But if you think about it, we’ve all been fighting for that stuff. How can we not follow his lead?”. I love him.

Idea for a story: After the events of NW Grease, he and the crows burn Mii-tan’s clothes in a bonfire. It’s a very solemn moment where he promises he’ll see Mii-tan, no, Misora, for who she is and blablabla, but the fire gets out of control and he and the crows get arrested for arson.

Unpopular opinion: His character doesn’t revolve around Mii-tan. It’s normal to find that running gag annoying or even dislike Kazumin for it, but his character arc and most of his scenes have nothing to do with it.

Favorite relationship: I’d say the crows (especially Akaba), but..... Muto made Kazumin and Gentoku an amazing duo in the last arc and they’re very tericore. So yeah, Gentoku and Kazumin.

Favorite headcanon: Every summer, he arranges camps for children in the area who are interested in farming, taking care of veggies and learning some basic cooking. They do a lot of activities outdoors and he teaches children the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
