My hubby asked me one time. “Bakit takot na takot sila mag 30?” I answered “Don’t ask me bcuz I’m 32, and I am not scared to grow old.”

I’m thinking, they’re not scared to grow old. They’re just scared that by growing old they may no longer be able to do the same things they did during their younger years.

I used to go out often too. I can say been there done that. I don’t do it now but I can’t say that being a wife and a mom does not make me happy. The level of happiness is different, but in all honesty, I am happier now, prolly bcuz I now know that this my purpose as a woman, as a person.

My take on this, as long as you know you are accomplished, as long as you know you already got what you want and you are at where you want to be, age will no longer matter. Age will just be number.
