The vibe and sweetness in ‘Crooked’ is basically what we want in a reprise/callback song of ‘Loser Baby’:

When I heard this song for the first time, I immediately thought “This is exactly how Husk and Angel —already dating— are portrayed in wholesome Huskerdust fanfics.”

Loser Baby may not technically be a ‘couple’ song (as in blatantly romantic), it’s more focused on facing the fact that life sucks but at least you have someone to suffer it with you —but it was the beginning of a growing relationship between Husk and Angel.

And I would really want to see another duet between them, this time maybe it could be about how happy they are finding each other in their situation. (Doesn’t necessarily have to be an openly obvious love song. But, close or ambiguous that we can see it that way.)
