Indulge in the rich flavors of oatmeal stout beer combined with hearty oats, dark chocolate chips, and crunchy walnuts in these delicious oatmeal cookies. Perfectly balanced between chewy and crispy, these cookies are a delightful treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal stout beer. 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. teaspoon salt. cup unsalted butter, softened. cup granulated sugar. cup packed brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup dark chocolate chips. cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Over low heat, slowly boil the oatmeal stout beer in a small saucepan until it is reduced to cup. Wait for it to cool down. Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. There are rolled oats, flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Beat them together with a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a different large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Slowly add the dry oat mixture to the wet ones, mixing only until everything is combined. When the stout reduction is cool, add the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts and mix them in. Place cookie dough spoonfuls on the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving space between them. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
