These Perfect Roasted Potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They make a delicious side dish for any meal.
Ingredients: 6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. If using, sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary over the roasted potatoes before serving.
