had trauma flashbacks last night. programming and cult ones. i remember a while van but now i saw a blue van so maybe they used 2 van? the cult or the people that programmed us? the cult programmed us as well so we can say its both. i dont know why everyone is keeping these memories from me. like i dont get it but i dont want these flashbacks/memories. it was scary. i had a panic attack this is too much im so scared. we think this new? alter might have been dormamt older alter who was made from programming. they cant talk to us we dont even know their name. this is so stressful shit man...- shane

hello, yes i we have been. or.... we believe we have. been fighting to peice the flashbacks together and we only recently figured out this happened to us. struggling to still believe it.... cause so much has happened to us already. its hard to talk about. we plan to make more vent art about it- shane

how do you know it’s the government do you have tips for other in the same situation

i cant really asnwer this ask because i dont know for sure where it was and my alters dont like talking about and im uncomfortable answering this ask. it could have been from some other group of people, or not. i personally believe it was goverment programming- shane
