The first dress I really wanted to make for anyone going to the Silver Millennium Masquerade Ball (or any ChibiUsa cosplayer, really) was a gown inspired by Princess Chibiusa's pretty ruffly pink layered gown! This isn't for a commission (though it's available), it's just one of the many I'm working on because I finally have an excuse to make a bunch more pretty dresses! It's a pink satin, the bodice has an overlay of embroidered and sequined floral organza. Layers of chiffon from the empire waist, and rose petal satin shoulders.
