@Regran_ed from @palate_n_flavours - Honestly speaking, this is the first time I'm using Masoor Dal 😜 Can you believe it? You better do!!! Growing up eating in a typical Mangalorean family, dals are not much into our household. It is only after I started going to college and going out to restraunts that I came to know about some of the North Indian delicacies. And this Red lentils (Masoor Dal) I had no cue 😐 until recently I started reading a lot about food and stuff I came to know the recipes out of it and definitely wanted to try out a few...And here is one of the firsts... Masoor Dal Tadka which was paired with Jeera Rice. I have used Garlic powder and Ginger powder from @kitchendlite instead of the fresh produces. But that doesn't hinder the taste of the dish. I must say their products are super awesome, easy to use and nothing less than the fresh ones...
