SD Gundam GP-03 Dendrobium (Bandai; 200X)
Materials used: Tamiya sprays, Model Masters acrylics, Krylon acrylic spray, Testors Dull Cote, Gundam markers, generic paint markers, basic hobby tools
This was a kit I bought a long time ago when Big Lots got a bunch of ultra-cheap Gundam kits leftover from that one time when gunpla was very popular in the U.S. It sat in a box for years and I actually forgot I had it until recently when I was looking through my boxes of old gunpla stuff.
It was fun to make and I tried one new thing, namely the Krylon acrylic spray as a matte topcoat. (I don't recommend it. It created a bumpy texture on the plastic and really isn't meant for such small objects.)
I've always loved the Dendrobium for how massive it is, but after seeing 0083 recently I'll just say I'm more of a fan of the mecha than the anime.
