Love the CanNats Mahler dress: something about the tulle skirt blinding Scott and the cut on Tessa and the photo of VM hugging at the close endears it to me. ❤️
I think it’s one of Tessa’s more... controversial costumes? People seemed to love it or hate it - and those who hate it seem to be either in the majority or at least more vocal, LOL. The colour, the cut, the fit. For me, even though there were things that I might think could have been improved, in the end, I love it. The layers of the skirt, not just off-white but with purple/pink undertones that deepen those layers; the detailing in the bodice, intricate and vintage; the way the skirt still had incredible movement and lightness (and yes, enough that Scott could easily be enveloped, LOL).

“Our free dance is classical,” Virtue said. “Marina found the music for us. ... We loved it immediately.”
“The music is Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 5, Adagietto,” Zueva explained. “... It has a unique theme and I thought only Tessa and Scott could express the way I feel about the music.” ...
“We didn’t want to settle for anything that was less than perfect for us,” Moir added.
