Some people get very angry over these remarks but they are right. I've spent almost ten years in academia. I've never met a PI with sufficient organizational skills by alone.

School is starting to pick up and I have homework once again. It’s a little intimidating to be taking courses that I don’t actually have the prerequisites for, but it felt good to break out my whiteboard and work through integrals again.
Me: *starts grad school*
Grad school:
eep I got a new computer! about time, after five and a half years! I can already tell it’s so much better than my old one, and the graphics when I ssh into a computing cluster is so much smoother! and crisper! than before! Now I just have to make sure that I transfer all my files from my old computer to my new computer, and then wipe my old one to give to my dad,. But first I need a dongle for that 🙃thanks apple for your USB-Cs.
